Liam Clifford founded HEG Live at the age of 16 in Sydney, Australia.

What started as a couple of PA speakers and half-stripped cables quickly grew into an international touring and creative behemoth.

Liam cut his teeth on the road at the age of 21 as the Tour Manager, Production Manager, and FOH Engineer of Sheppard as they toured the globe, all under the direct mentorship of Michael Chugg.

Nowadays, Liam spends his time directing all of HEG Live’s touring and creative accounts, taking point on all live activities for Gwen Stefani, Bebe Rexha, and HAIM.

Billy Bianchini is a double-degree music professional with a background in both the creative and strategic sides of the industry.

While completing a Bachelor of Music and a Bachelor of Politics, Philosophy & Economics at the Australian National University, he founded Warm Water - an artist services and management agency that quickly built a reputation for developing local talent into nationally touring, charting acts.

During the pandemic, Billy served as Program Manager at MusicACT, where he led economic recovery programs, professional development initiatives, and government advocacy efforts to support Australia’s music sector.

Today, Billy brings his experience as a tour manager, record producer, A&R, artist manager, and booking agent to deliver world-class live music tours across clubs, theatres, and arenas worldwide.
